Dream Day on Cape Cod
Dream Day on Cape Cod is a free summer camp here on Cape Cod for children with debilitating illnesses. Each year, families come to the Cape to enjoy a week away, from hospitals and doctor visits, at Dream Day Camp in Nickerson State Park, Brewster, Massachusetts.
This year, we are trying some new ways to fund this Cape experience for our campers and their families. We hope that you enjoy the Concert Series and continue to support Dream Day.
